Tropical Cyclone Oswald was born in the Gulf of Carpentaria on the 21st January 2013 – little did we know that it would arrive as an intense low pressure system in Hervey Bay a week later !

Ex-Tropical Cyclone Oswald spawned a number of intense tornado’s with a number casing Kaos in Bargara on Saturday afternoon ( 26/01/13 ).

A phenomenal amount of rainfall was recorded across Hervey Bay – most of which fell Friday the 25th & Saturday Morning the 26th of Jan 2013 !
