With a few reports of martlin being caught around the bay Katrina & I headed up for a look and managed this hungry one !

Check out the video to see this hungry one – which ate both baits ! The second fish we missed later in the afternoon also ate the bait 3 times before Katrina came tight & unfortunately throw the hook after a few jumps !

These two videos show how we are currently rigging our gar with both https://www.ringerswivels.com/ AND Squidnation Slammer Chuggers – https://www.squidnation.com/product-p/sc11.htm – I also use Eagle Claw Light Wire circles in 7/0 – which have dramatically improved our conversion rate since Dave Granville put us onto them 😉
